How is the delivery and return of the box?
We deliver and return your photobooth from Monday to Friday. Here are the different stages of your photo box rental, once your reservation has been made and finalized:
The Monday before your event
You receive an e-mail confirming the delivery time slot (day and time). As the tours are completed weekly depending on other reservations, your schedules cannot be known several months or weeks in advance.
The day of delivery of the photobooth
On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS reminding you of the agreed time slot for the delivery person to visit. This will deliver the photo box to you, then proceed with the installation. Provide a nearby socket (and / or possibly an extension cord in case the socket is too far away).
Throughout the rental period
You enjoy your photobooth and use your instant impressions as you wish (if you have opted for a package with impressions). For a multi-day event, you have additional rolls of photo paper, so you can print the number of photos per day provided for in your package.
The day the photo box returns
Our delivery man BURDDY comes to pick up the photobooth at the address indicated and proceeds to dismantle the machine. The return address may be different from the delivery address, provided it is in the same geographical area. A few days after your event, you will receive by email the link to your secure online gallery. This contains all the photos taken during your rental.
